Oh yeah, there's even some yoga involved, too. Actually, Wai Lana's knowledge of yoga is extensive; her introductory explanation of its benefits to the body's various internal systems (digestive, respiratory, nervous, and such) and guidelines about when and how to practice are excellent. The easy Relaxation Workout concentrates primarily on the lower back, with a few other asanas (twists, bends, arm and shoulder openers, balancing poses) thrown in for good measure. The sequencing is a bit awkward, and Wai Lana's slow, measured delivery may not be for everyone. But hey, if the yoga doesn't do it for you, you can fast forward to the Wai Lana music video at the end.
